You can buy this plan within 30 days of having completed an initial plan (Coconut, Pineapple, Cherry, Kiwi, or Papaya).

What does it include?

• A follow-up consultation in which we will evaluate together the progress you have achieved with your initial eating plan and make any necessary adjustments so that you can keep moving forward toward your goal.

To make the most of this consultation, I recommend that you keep a diary where you keep track of your daily meals, workouts, and habit changes.

What are the benefits of this plan?

I will answer any questions you may have in relation to your initial plan, offer you further nutritional guidelines and, if necessary, we will adjust the calorie prescription.
