Who is the MÁS program for?
For women who want to begin the year feeling focused, organized, and supported by a clear plan to eat better, move more, and strengthen their overall well-being.
This group coaching program is ideal for those looking to build sustainable habits that help them maintain their energy, care for their body, and move with intention. This is not about quick fixes - it’s about learning how to organize your meals, understand your metabolism, and create a routine you can truly sustain in daily life.
What does it include?
- 8 weeks of guided support from January 19 to March 16, with a clear and accessible weekly structure.
- Live weekly sessions every Monday at 12:00 p.m. (Puerto Rico time). Online meetings to learn, ask questions, and stay focused.
- Wellness education modules on topics including meal organization, habits, metabolism, movement, strength, and practical strategies for real life.
- Individualized meal plan. A guide to help you organize your meals in a nutritious, practical, and flexible way.
- Two-week sample menu design, personalized according to your preferences, cooking skills, and medical nutrition therapy needs.
- Personalized movement exercise program with strength, cardio, and mobility sessions adapted to your level and available time.
- Downloadable materials: guides, tools, and resources to help you stay consistent during and after the program.
- Community and support in a respectful, motivating space focused on sustainable progress.
- Access to professionals: direct guidance from Mairym and Carla throughout the entire duration of the program.
