Who is this service package for?
For those who want to improve their relationship with food, achieve health and wellness goals, and develop a conscious process of self-awareness, including optimizing their sports performance through nutrition.
This is a coaching plan suitable for people who want to discover the importance of getting to know themselves and trusting themselves. It is not a magic formula. It involves plenty of self-awareness work instead, and I will be there to stand by your side throughout the process.
What does it include?
- Nutritional assessment: body mass index evaluation, eating habits, blood test sample analysis, physical activity level, and overall health status.
- Customized eating plan with calorie prescription.
- 7-day menu focused on your preferences, needs, and food intolerances.
- Initial interview and commitment agreement between the coachee (you) and the coach (me).
- Action plan development.
- Tools and exercises to encourage yourself, help you progress with the plan, overcome barriers, and take action.
- 5 coaching sessions through phone call or video call — Monday to Thursday in the morning.
What are the benefits of this plan?
As your coach, I will help you find your intrinsic motivation (your “purpose”) through a self-discovery work of your values and strengths.
Through the sessions, I will not only guide you to reach your main goal, whether it is medical treatment, weight loss or gain, improved athletic performance, or healthier habits, but I will also teach you to broaden your focus so that you can achieve additional and sustainable benefits for your overall well-being.
My job will be to accompany you at every step of the process so that you can learn to identify and use the right resources to overcome barriers and get closer to your goals every single day.
